LineRacer — Privacy Policy

LineRacer (the "App", "we", "us") is a racing game developed by Flowmotions. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and what we do with it. We've kept it short on purpose.

What we collect

• An Android device identifier (SystemInfo.deviceUniqueIdentifier) — used as your anonymous account ID so we can attach your race times and ghost recordings to you across sessions on the same device.
• The display name you enter in the App — shown on the leaderboard.
• Race times, ghost recordings, and play statistics (total races, total time played, last-seen timestamp, per-track stats) — used to populate the global leaderboard and let other players race against your ghost car.

We do not collect: your real name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, advertising ID, or any other personal information. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Where the data lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database, hosted in the europe-west1 (Belgium) region operated by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Firebase acts as our data processor. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

What we do with it

• Display the global leaderboard inside the App.
• Let other players race against your ghost car recording.
• Display aggregate play statistics on an internal admin dashboard accessible only to the developer with password authentication.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your data to any third party for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

Offline play

If your device is offline, races still work — your best time is stored locally on your device and uploaded the next time the App has internet access.

Sharing race links

When you tap "Share" on a race result, the App creates a deep link containing your device identifier and the track you raced on, then opens your device's share menu. You choose where to send it. The receiving player's App uses that identifier to fetch your ghost recording from Firebase so they can race against you.

Your rights

You can request deletion of all data associated with your device identifier at any time by emailing the address below. Include the value shown in the App's Settings → "Your Device ID" so we can locate your entry. We'll delete the entry within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Uninstalling the App also wipes the local copy of your data (offline best times, ghost cache, preferences). The cloud entry remains until you request deletion.

Children

The App is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete the data.

Changes to this policy

If we change what data we collect or how we use it, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, surface a notice inside the App on next launch.
